If you receive the wrong item, a damaged shipment, or a product with a clear defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returned or exchanged items should normally be unused and include their original packaging, unless the issue was caused by shipping damage or a fulfillment error.
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will arrange a refund or exchange as appropriate through the original payment method or another agreed method.
